- Site preparation: The site is then prepared for the concrete pour by removing any existing flooring, leveling the subfloor, and laying down a vapor barrier to prevent moisture from seeping up into the concrete.
- Mixing the concrete: The concrete mix is prepared according to the specific requirements of the project, including the desired color, texture, and finish. Special additives, such as color pigments or decorative aggregates, may also be added to the mix to create a unique appearance.
- Pouring the concrete: The concrete is then poured onto the prepared subfloor, and leveled and smoothed to the desired thickness and finish. The concrete may be poured in sections to allow for the incorporation of different design elements.

- Sealing: Once the finishing is complete, the concrete is sealed with a protective coating that enhances the appearance and durability of the floor. The sealer may be a clear or colored epoxy, polyurethane, or acrylic sealer.
- Maintenance: To keep the custom concrete flooring looking its best, it is important to follow a regular maintenance routine, including regular cleaning and resealing as needed.
